MICK SALYER, OWNER & GENERAL MANAGER Proprieter, Mick Salyer is a 30-year veteran of the Northern California restaurant trade working most positions from dish pit on up to restaurateur. He is the proprietor of ZuZu Tapas, ZuZu Wood-Fired Paella Catering Co., and La Taberna. He founded the food collective, Napa Provisions, and has a small wine company, LOCAL, which focuses on Iberian varietals grown in California.
